The Challenge

The project focuses on UX research for ChatAible, a generative AI tool that is designed to help enterprises with analytics. Our team used four UX research methods -- competitive analysis, user interview, cognitive walkthrough, and usability testing -- to help Aible figure out ways that can make the onboarding as well as UI more intuitive.
